We met Nicole earlier this year when she was doing locum work in our clinic. Nicole is very bright and bubbly, and she was so fantastic we had to keep her!
Nicole now joins us a part time Veterinary Nurse. She began volunteering at a vet clinic when she was just 12 and studied Vet Nursing when she was 16. She has 13 years’ experience at clinics including Tasman Street Vet and the SPCA. She has also volunteered in Chile as a Vet Nurse helping the many street dogs and cats over there.
In her spare time Nicole enjoys running with her six dogs, fostering newborn kittens, puppies and hedgehogs, playing netball and soccer, mountain biking & motorbiking and taking pups & kittens for animal therapy visits to elderly rest homes. Nicole has a special interest in surgical nursing and is excited about her next adventure here with us at the Upper Hutt Vet Hospital.
